Information about the accommodation
The lodge is situated about 1.5 miles from the lovely fishing village of Tarbert Loch Fyne in a small family run site on West Loch Shores. The lodge sleeps 4 comfortably with one double room and a twin room. There is a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. The lodge is well equipped and has digital TV, DVD and music player. It is situated next to the start of the forrestry Commission nature walks to Tarbert and Skipness and overlooks the beautiful West Loch. It is close to the ferry terminals if you are interested in visiting the islands of Arran, Gigha, Jura and Islay. It is also well located for accessing walks along the new Kintyre Way. The lodge has limited availability as it is a popular relaxation place for family and friends. However, we do let the lodge for a number of weeks and weekends during the year. Because it is not regulary rented the lodge has a family feel to it and our rates are based on covering our costs rather than for commercial profit. Dependent on time of year and your willingness to supply your own bedding and towels (we can supply these if necessary) we are able to offer excellent rates for the lodge. Facilities on the site are a small laundry, toilets and showers. Pets are also welcome. Thank you for visiting our site. Jan and Chris
